HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You may place an order on the home page by selecting "order now" under the four options of products we offer, the "order" button at the top, or you can simply go to the shop page on our site! All options bring you to our order form that gets you in contact with our team.

​You will be contacted within 24-48 hours after ordering. Once your order is confirmed with our staff, you will receive an invoice. Payment will be due at that time. Please note: payment must be made to secure your order.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Delivery options are based on location and staff availability. Please note, delivery fees apply and will be discussed at the time your order is placed.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOARD?

Please make us aware if there are any allergies or foods to avoid! We kindly ask you leave the rest up to us and our creative liberties (and what is in season of course.) We will try to honor specific alteration requests best we can. Also, feel free to tell us your theme or occasion and we will do our best to incorporate it!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand things happen; However, all of our products are made fresh to order and require a lot of time and preparation from our staff.

Cancellation Policy:

If an order is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the pickup / delivery date, the full amount will be refunded. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the pickup/delivery date 50% will be retained. 

If you cancel your order within 48 hours of pickup/delivery date, there will be no refund.


You can choose to reschedule your date with at least 48 hours notice for a new date within 14 days for no charge. ALL deposits are nonrefundable.
