CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

If an order is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the pickup / delivery date, the full amount will be refunded.


If you need to cancel within 7 days of the pickup/delivery date 50% will be retained. 


If you cancel your order within 48 hours of pickup/delivery date, there will be no refund.


You can choose to reschedule your date with at least 48 hours notice for a new date within 14 days for no charge.


ALL deposits are nonrefundable and can NOT be used as a credit.

​You will be contacted within 24-48 hours after ordering. Payment will be due at that time. Please note: payment must be made to secure your order.
